Product Introduction

The Wingspan Controller Charging Dock is a horizontal, two port charger intended for P-5 controllers. It can charge two P-5 controllers simultaneously in under 5 hours. Each platform allows a controller to be plugged in via the USB Type-C connector on the dock and rest comfortably.

Charging indicator lights display the current charging status, orange for charging and blue when the controller is fully charged. Integrated hardware built into the dock is used to manage circuit output to provide low power usage in standby mode, making it highly energy efficient and eco-friendly.

Product Overview

Product Instructions

This charging dock utilizes a specific USB Type-C charging cable. Always use the included cable to avoid damaging the unit. Plug the USB Type-C side into the Wingspan Controller Charger and the other side into a standard 5V charger with a USB port, or another USB port that provides power. Plugging the unit in will trigger the orange and blue charge indicator lights to turn on briefly. Once the lights no longer flicker and only the blue light is showing, the charger is ready to be used.

warning Notice:

There are specific voltage requirements for this product. Please only use the USB Type-C charging cable provided with this product to power it, otherwise this may cause charging failures or damage to the charger.
P-5 controllers come with an inbuilt battery protection function. If the battery charge level is at 80% or higher and it is unplugged from a charger, the P-5 controller may not charge again until the battery has fallen below 80% of maximum charge. This is an intended feature of the P-5 controller.

Notes

When this unit is not in use for long periods it is recommended that you unplug it from the power source.
This product cannot be used and/or stored in high humidity conditions.
To ensure longevity and lifespan of the unit, protect it from dust and do not stack heavy objects on it.
Please use a dry cloth to clean the product. Do not clean the product with water or alcohol.
When cleaning the product, please disconnect it from the power supply.
If the charger is inoperable but does not show signs of damage, please exercise the warranty or dispose of the item.
If the controller is damaged, please exercise the warranty or dispose of the item. DO NOT attempt to open and repair it independently. Keep this product dry.
Keep away from small children due to potential shock hazards.
