  • Page 3 Important Information PANEL AND RIDGE CAP INSTALLATION NOTE PARTS FOR PANEL INSTALLATION Depending on available equipment, it may be necessary to construct a support structure to allow someone to reach top of greenhouse from outside.   • Page 4 Baseboards & Ribbon Boards CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED BASEBOARDS & RIBBON BOARD REQUIREMENTS Baseboard installation is described in Guide #3. Materials for baseboard are not included and are supplied by customer. Example below shows baseboard as attached to frame for a building with polycarbonate roof. Greenhouses equipped with roll-up sides do not require baseboards; however, they are recommended and can be used if desired.

Locate a piece of flashing (PGFLSAXXFCW0063) and place it at one frame corner tight against the end wall panel. NOTE: If any Tek screws holding end wall panels interfere with flashing installation, remove the Tek screws, seal holes with silicone, and place flashing in position.

Begin with a full-length flashing piece, then cut another section to finish edge up to peak. Before installing second piece to overlap first, apply a narrow bead of silicone to overlap area. Overlap flashing approximately 3". Place overlap seam higher on roof edge so it is less noticeable.

Mark UV-Protected Side Do not cut all panels before test fitting first roof and sidewall panels to the 115813 eave channel to ensure you have cut panels to correct lengths.

ATTENTION: Measure from point shown in Diagram A to prevent adjacent roof panels from touching at peak when both are installed.
