Important Information PICTORIAL PARTS GUIDE The following photos help identify different parts included with this kit. ATTENTION: Components in this kit replace some manual roll-up side panel components included with the original manual roll-up panels. Other original roll-up parts are required to install the automated roll-up kit components. These items include: roll-up side panel, roll-up panel conduit, threaded rod and related nuts and washers, fabric clips, and Tek screws.

Attach Guide Pipe to Existing Threaded Rod Gather parts: Threaded rod and hardware • 12' Guide Pipe (131S147) included with the original roll-up panel components. These are not included with this kit. ATTACH GUIDE PIPE ATTENTION: Asthetics, available power supply, and other factors may help determine where best to position the new motor.

Attach Motor Bracket to Motor ATTACH MOTOR BRACKET TO MOTOR Complete these steps: 1. Take the motor (116018D) and motor bracket (116019) and place on a work bench or flat surface. 2. Using the fasteners included with the bracket, attach the bracket to the motor as shown.

Attach Motor Adapter to Roll-Up Conduit Gather parts: Roll-Up Conduit with • 12" Extension Pipe for Roll-Up Conduit (131S012). Use depends on setup; Adapter Mounting Hole pipe may not be needed. ATTACH MOTOR ADAPTER TO ROLL-UP CONDUIT ATTENTION: If the roll-up conduit is not attached to the roll-up side panel, return to the roll-up panel assembly section of the main building instructions and complete the steps to install the side panel and attach the roll-up conduit to the side panel.

Attach Motor to Adapter Gather parts: • Shear Pin Bushing (117058) • 1-1/2" Hex Drive Screw (117109) • Nylock Hex Locknut (117095) ATTACH MOTOR TO ADAPTER Complete these steps: 1. Insert the shear pin bushing into the mounting hole of the motor output shaft and hold in place.

Install Guide Post Stop Bolt INSTALL GUIDE POST STOP BOLT Gather parts: The guide post stop bolt prevents the motor and trolly bracket assembly from sliding off the bottom of the guide post • (2) FAG334B Bolts (5/16" x 2") when side panel is closed.

Install Low Voltage Motor Controller The 116637 controller in conjunction with the drive motor limit switches allow complete control of the roll-up panels. Consult the documentation included with the controller and motors for important wiring details as well as setup instructions. Follow all wiring instructions and diagrams relevant to your specific needs.
