solve the problem yourself. (See the «Problems with simple
solutions» section).
This will avoid unnecessary cost as technical expenses are not
covered by the warranty.
If a malfunction occurs despite following the instructions given
above,disconnect the appliance, pull the plug out of the socket
and close the tap, then contact the After-sales Service.
If requesting the assistance of the After-sales Service, remember
to give the product number (E-Nr.) and the production number
(FD). Both numbers are located on the nameplate, located inside
the door frame of the door and on the plate located behind the base
board on the front of the machine at the bottom.
