  • Page 8 MANTENIMIENTO DEL EQUIPO DE DOBLE AISLAMIENTO En un producto con doble aislamiento, se proporcionan dos sistemas de aislamiento en lugar de una puesta a tierra. No se proporciona ninguna puesta a tierra en un producto con doble aislamiento y no debe añadirse ningún medio de puesta a tierra al producto. Observación: Los tornillos vienen embalados junto con el manual. Compruébelo y búsquelos durante el desembalaje (no se suministra la herramienta).

  • Page 14 6. Enrosque la manguera de alta presión en la conexión de salida de agua. Empújela y gírela en el sentido de las agujas del reloj para apretarla y evitar fugas. Cuando las piezas estén bien unidas, no podrá separar los dos componentes tirando directamente de la salida de agua.
  • Page 15 8. Enroscar el conector de entrada de agua y la manguera de entrada Enroscar el conector de entrada de agua (13) en la conexión de entrada de agua (11). Posteriormente, inserte la conexión rápida de 1/2 (18) en el conector de agua (13) y luego conecte la manguera (sin suministro de agua) a la conexión rápida (18).

  • Page 29 MAINTENANCE OF DOUBLE INSULATION EQUIPMENT In a double insulated product, two insulation systems are provided instead of one ground. No grounding is provided on a double insulated product and no means of grounding should be added to the product. Servicing a double-insulated product requires extreme care and knowledge of the system, and should only be performed by an authorized service technician.

  • Page 33 2. Handle assembly Screw the handle to the main unit (2 M4*16mm screws for Kärcher Compacta and Kärcher Practica Black/ 2 M4*22mm screws for Kärcher Wash Jet). Note: The screws are packed with the manual. Please check and look for them during unpacking (tool is not supplied).
  • Page 34 3. Hose holder assembly Screw the hose holder to the main unit firmly (2 M4*16mm screws). Note: The screws are packed along with the manual. Please check and look for them during unpacking (tool is not supplied). 4. Assembling the power cord holder and gun holder Slide down the power cord holder on the main unit.
  • Page 35 6. Screw the high pressure hose onto the water outlet connection. Push it in and turn it clockwise to tighten it and prevent leaks. When the parts are well joined, you will not be able to separate the two components by pulling directly on the water outlet.

Observation: Before pressing the trigger, make sure the lock switch is in the “unlocked” position. WARNING: Do not turn on the machine without connecting and opening the water supply point, as this could damage the high pressure seals and reduce the life of the pump.

Observation: When not in use, make sure the gun lock switch is in the “Locked” position.
