NOTE
The rear light houses two parking
light/stoplight bulbs. The following opera-
tions refer to a single bulb, but are valid for
both.
Before changing a bulb, check the efficien-
cy of the stoplight switches, see p. 78
(CHECKING THE SWITCHES).

Remove the passenger seat, see p. 27
(UNLOCKING / LOCKING THE PAS-
SENGER SEAT).
CAUTION
To extract the bulb socket, do not pull
the electric wires.

NOTE
The bulb socket (1) is provided
with an appropriate wing to facilitate the ro-
tation of the bulb socket itself.

Working in the glove/tool kit compart-
ment, grasp the bulb socket in question
(1) and rotate it anticlockwise.
N
Withdraw the bulb socket (1).
N
Press the bulb (2) slightly and rotate it
anticlockwise.
N
Extract the bulb (2) from its seat.
CAUTION
Insert the bulb in the bulb socket, mak-
ing the two bulb pins coincide with the
relevant guides on the socket.

Correctly install a new bulb of the same
type.

To extract the bulb socket, do not pull
the electric wires.

Working on the inner lower side of the
number plate holder, grasp the bulb
socket (3), pull it and extract it from its
seat.

Withdraw the bulb (4) and replace it with
a new one of the same type.
