CHANGING THE HEADLIGHT

BULBS

Carefully read p. 72 (BULBS).
The headlight contains:
√ one parking light bulb (1);
√ one low / high beam bulb (2) (halogen).

To reach the bulbs, proceed as follows:

Remove the headlight metal ring, see p.
56 (REMOVING THE HEADLIGHT

CAUTION
Proceed with care.
Do not force the electric wires.

Partially remove the reflector (3).
To change the bulbs, proceed as follows:
PARKING LIGHT BULB
! CAUTION
Do not pull the electric cables to extract
the bulb socket.
◆
Grasp the parking light bulb socket (4),
pull it and remove it from its seat.
◆
Withdraw the parking light bulb (1) and re-
place it with a new one of the same type.

LOW/HIGH BEAM BULB (HALOGEN)
To extract the bulb electric connector,

do not pull its electric wires.

Grasp the bulb electric connector (5),
pull it and disconnect it from the bulb (6).
◆
Release the clip (7) that holds the bulb
(6).
◆
Extract the bulb from its seat.
For the reassembly:
NOTE
making the relevant positioning seats coin-
cide.
◆
Correctly install a new bulb of the same
type.
◆
Put back the clip (7).
◆
Connect the bulb electric connector (5).

CAUTION
Insert the bulb in the bulb socket,
