Pump no longer works. How take off housing to clean?

To remove the housing of a Midea MDP pump for cleaning:

1. Remove the bucket from the unit.
2. Take down the pump.
3. Clean the pump filter (refer to Fig. 12 in the manual).

Also, check if the drain hose is clean and free of debris.
