Installation Tools

Preparation before installation

Note: Put a towel on the surround of original car radio to prevent damaging the vehicle internal.

Disassemble Original Radio's TFT kit

1. Insert the tool from the gap to remove the left baffle slightly
   
2. Insert the tool from the gap to remove the right baffle slightly
   

3. Insert the tool from the gap to remove the right front air vent slightly
   
4. Insert the tool from the gap to remove two baffles under ACC slightly
   
5. Insert the tool from the gap to remove two baffles of armrest box
   

6. The gear component is pulled back slightly buy two hands, Put gear at P, and the gear component is pushed back
   
7. Force the upper left and right to take out the central console silver frame component
   
8. Use No. 8 sleeve to remove the left and right screws on the display screen
   

9. Take off the original car black power harness and the small blue plugs and other wires to take off the LCD screen.
   
10. Take off the air conditioning unit slightly forward and take off plug wire
    
11. Use No. 10 sleeve to remove the left and right screws of the CD player
    
12. take the CD player out and take off plug wire
    

Installation of host unit and wires

1. Take out navigation box and use 8mm sleeve to lock the 4pcs screws
   
2. Insert the line into the original PCB board and buckle it
   

3. USB wire placement position and power harness
   
4. GPS installation position
   
5. Put CD player back
   

Assemble new product

1. Tak two buckles from original rear plastic cover and put them into new cover. Use screw driver to take 2 screws out from sliver frame components and take off the from panel
   

2. Put the new plastic shims to buckle on the left and right side of silver frame components
   
3. Use small screwdriver to lock the screws on left and right side
   
4. Put the new TFT screen into sliver frame kit.
   

5. Plug the wires into new TFT kit
   
6. Use magnetic M6*250mm srewdriver to lock 2pcs screws
   
7. Put on the baffles which is under ACC and left side of ACC
   

8. Put on the left baffle
   
9. Put on air vent and right baffle
   
10. Put on new front baffle
