MAX 3 can be updated using a USB A/Mini B cable and our Detector Tools Pro software available on our web site.

Mounting to the Windshield

Connect your detector to your smartphone via Bluetooth^®

1. Power on the MAX 3.
   Make sure the unit is connected to your car's 12V port.
2. 
   Install and run the ESCORT Live app on your smartphone.
   
   
   
   
   ESCORT Live App: Share and receive red light, speed camera and live enforcement alerts from the ESCORT Live driving community.

   Note: The first time you run the app, you will be prompted to register a new account.
   
3. In the ESCORT Live app, press the Menu button then select "Devices".
   
4. Select "MAX 3" from the list.
5. In the ESCORT Live app, the MAX 3 entry will display "Connected" when it has paired. Press the "Menu" button then "Home" to return to the Map screen.
6. You're all set!
