    Allgemeines Gewährleistung Gewährleistung in Bezug auf Betriebssicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit und Leistung wird vom Hersteller nur unter folgenden Bedingungen übernommen: Montage, Anschluss, Einstellung, Wartung und Reparaturen werden von autorisiertem Fachpersonal unter Zuhilfenahme aller, auch online, zur Verfügung gestellten Betriebsanleitungen sowie aller mitgelieferten Dokumente durchgeführt. Unsere Produkte werden entsprechend den Ausführungen aller zugehörigen Betriebsanleitungen verwendet.

    Transportstückes: Wird beim Auspacken ein Transportschaden festgestellt, darf keine Installation oder Inbetriebnahme durchgeführt werden, da ansonsten unkontrollierbare Fehler auftreten können. Reparaturen / Rücksendungen an Ecolab Engineering GEFAHR! Rücksendebedingungen Vor einer Rücksendung müssen alle Teile vollständig von Chemie befreit werden! Wir weisen darauf hin, dass nur saubere, gespülte und frei von Chemikalien befindliche Teile durch unseren Service angenommen werden können!

Zu versendende Produkte ohne Zubehörteile verpacken, es sei denn, diese könnten mit dem Fehler zusammenhängen.

    Allgemeines Verpackung Die Packstücke sind entsprechend den zu erwartenden Transportbedingungen verpackt. Die Verpackung soll die einzelnen Bauteile bis zur Montage vor Transportschäden, Korrosion und anderen Beschädigungen schützen. Daher die Verpackung nicht zerstören und erst kurz vor der Montage entfernen. UMWELT! Gefahr für die Umwelt durch falsche Entsorgung! Für die Verpackung wurden ausschließlich umweltfreundliche Materialien verwendet.

    Sicherheit Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Das Connexx TCD PP dient zur Förderung von Emulsionen und/oder (hoch-)alkalische Produkte entwickelt, die in Fässern oder Containern angeliefert werden. Das Gerät übernimmt die Funktion der Leermeldung an die übergeordnete Steuerung und sorgt für die Entlüftung von zur Ausgasung neigenden Förderprodukten.

Rutschgefahr durch austretende Flüssigkeit im Arbeits- und Bereitstellungsbereich! – Bei Arbeiten rutschfeste, chemieresistente Schuhe tragen. – Produktbehälter in eine Wanne stellen um eine Rutschgefahr durch austretende Flüssigkeiten zu vermeiden.     Gefahrenbereiches während der Bewegungsabläufe verhindert wird. Eigenmächtiger Umbau und Ersatzteilherstellung VORSICHT! Die Anlage darf ausschließlich durch dafür vorgesehene Ecolab-Aufrüstkits umgebaut werden. Anderweitige Modifikationen an dem System sind verboten. Eigenmächtige Umbauten oder Veränderungen sind nur nach Absprache und mit Genehmigung des Herstellers zulässig.

    Sicherheit Betreiberpflichten Geltende Richtlinien Im EWR (Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum) ist die nationale Umsetzung der Richtlinie (89/391/EWG), die dazugehörigen Richtlinien und davon besonders die Richtlinie (2009/104/EG) über die Mindestvorschriften für Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz bei Benutzung von Arbeitsmitteln durch Arbeitnehmer bei der Arbeit, in der gültigen Fassung, zu beachten und einzuhalten. Sollten Sie sich außerhalb des Geltungsbereichs des EWR befinden, gelten immer die bei Ihnen gültigen Regelungen.

  • Page 27 Funktionsbeschreibung Abb. 2: Funktionsschema mit TCD-Ventilverteiler Connexx Wird das Connexx TCD PP in Verbindung mit einem optionalen „TCD-Ventilverteiler Connexx“ betrieben, können zwei Produktgebinde angeschlossen werden. Bei Leermeldung wird der Sauganschluss durch die übergeordnete MyControl-Steuerung auf das zweite Produktgebinde umgeschaltet. Das leere Produktgebinde kann dann während des Betriebs ausgetauscht werden.
  • Page 28 Zur schnellen und sicheren Verbindung des „Connexx TCD PP“ Systems mit dem Entnahmestutzen des Gebindes ist die mitgelieferte „Click & Plug“ - Anschlusskupplung zu verwenden.   • Page 29 Produktanschlüsse am Hebergefäß Am Boden des Hebergefäßes befinden sich fünf Anschlüsse in DN20 mit Gewinde G ½. Am zentralen Eingang wird beim „Connexx TCD PP“ die Schlauchtülle für die Saugleitung angeschlossen. Drei der vier übrigen Anschlüsse sind werksseitig mit Blindstopfen abgedichtet.
  • Page 30 Die Umschaltventile am optionalen „TCD-Ventilverteiler Connexx“ benötigen einen Steuerdruck von 0,5 – 0,7 MPa (5 - 7 bar). Wird das „Connexx TCD PP“ zusammen mit einem „TCD-Ventilverteiler Connexx“ betrieben, ist der Versorgungsdruck auf 0,5 – 0,6 MPa (5 - 6 bar) einzustellen.
  • Page 31 Funktionsbeschreibung Überfüllsicherung Das System ist gegen Überfüllung des Hebergefäßes 2-fach abgesichert. Die normale Abschaltung der Ansaugung erfolgt über die Steuerung. Sobald der Schwimmer im Hebergefäß durch einströmendes Produkt nach oben gedrückt wird, schließt das Magnetventil und unterbricht damit die Druckluftzufuhr zum Injektor. Der Kontakt des Niveauschalters ist in der oberen Position geschlossen.

    Montage-, Installationsvoraussetzungen Nachfolgende Anschluss- und Montageanweisungen werden als bevorzugte Methode empfohlen. Je nach Möglichkeit ist unter dem Connexx TCD PP eine Auffangwanne o.ä. vorzusehen. Die Umgebungsbedingungen bestimmen jedoch die tatsächlich anzuwendende Montage- und Installationsmethode. Die örtlichen Bestimmungen sind in jedem Fall zu berücksichtigen.

Austritt von Chemikalien Ein fehlerhafter Anschluss der Schlauchtüllen kann zu Undichtigkeiten und somit zum Austritt gefährlicher Chemikalien führen! – Alle Druckschlauchtüllen mit einem geeigneten Dichtmittel abdichten. – Vor der Inbetriebnahme mit Chemie eine Dichtigkeitsprüfung mit Wasser durchführen.

  • Page 38 Bei Bedarf, die Umschaltventile des „TCD-Ventilverteiler Connexx“ an den entsprechenden Ausgangsklemmen der MyControl-Steuerung anschließen. Nach Abschluss der Installationsarbeiten, das „Connexx TCD PP“ und ggf. den „TCD-Ventilverteiler Connexx“ in der „MyControl“ Steuerung konfigurieren. Vor der Inbetriebnahme mit Chemie eine Dichtigkeitsprüfung mit Wasser durchführen.

    Inbetriebnahme und Betrieb Inbetriebnahme und Betrieb Inbetriebnahme Personal: Mechaniker Elektrofachkraft Servicepersonal Fachkraft Zur Überprüfung der Dichtheit aller externen Anschlüsse sowie Einstellung von Luftzufuhr und Ansaugzeit wird empfohlen die Inbetriebnahme mit Wasser durchzuführen! Nachdem die Installation gemäß Kapitel 5 durchgeführt wurde, kann das Gerät in Betrieb genommen werden.
  • Page 40 Niemals mit Gewalt oder hohem Kraftaufwand vorgehen, da dadurch der Kuppler beschädigt werden kann! Treten am Kuppler Beschädigungen auf (z.B. Verformungen, Risse, Brüche), muss für einen umgehenden Austausch der zuständige Ecolab-Betreuer informiert werden! Die Produktaufkleber auf dem alten und dem neuen Chemikalienbehälter vergleichen.

Durch unfachmännisch durchgeführte Installations-, Wartungs- oder Reparaturarbeiten können Schäden und Verletzungen auftreten. Alle Installations-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten dürfen nur von autorisiertem und geschultem Fachpersonal nach den geltenden örtlichen Vorschriften ausgeführt werden.

To operate the ‘Connexx TCD PP’ , in addition to the primary MyControl unit, you require an (oil-free) compressed air connection with 0.4–0.6 MPa (4–6 bar) and the connection of an exhaust air line with at least DN20.
