ELECTRIC SHARPENING

1. Power on the sharpener.
   MODEL E2: Press
   MODEL E2P:
   Press to sharpen knives.
   Press restore extremely dull knives.
2. Set knife in sharpener.
   
3. Pull through slowly.
   
4. Repeat on the opposite side.
   Continue alternating sides until machine shuts off.
   

MANUAL SHARPENING

1. Insert blade into center slot.
   
2. With gentle downward pressure, slide the knife back and forth along the full length of the blade 10 times.
   

REMOVING / CHANGING ANGLE GUIDE

Remove the guide to sharpen scissors, change abrasives, or attach the Pocket Knife Guide included with Model E2P.

CHANGING ABRASIVES

First, remove the guide and open top cover. Remove o-ring and unscrew fastener holding abrasive in place. Abrasives are reversible.

After each use, wipe the inside & outside of your sharpener with a dry cloth to remove any grinding dust that may have accumulated.

SHARPEN SCISSORS

Remove the guide. Set sharpener to lowest speed. Rest blade on the scissor guide and pull thru slowly. Repeat 2-5 times per side.

SHARPEN SERRATIONS

1. Insert blade into center slot.
   
2. With gentle downward pressure, slide the knife back and forth along the full length of the blade 10 times.
