INSTALLATION

  1. Connect To Faucet or Hose
Assemble as shown. Attach the large distribution tubing to the barbed end by wiggling and twisting until it is snug. Turn the collar counter-clockwise to secure it.
TIP Minimum water pressure: 15 psi.
INSTALLATION - Step 1 - Connect To Faucet or Hose
  2. Run large tubing around planting beds
Cut and place the large 1/2" Tubing (B1) in a pattern that is within 10 ft of each plant you plan to water.
    INSTALLATION - Step 2
  3. Connect and stake the 1/2" tubing
Use 1/2" barbed fittings to join the tubing sections. Then stake (B5) in place.
TIP Add the End Closure (G) to close off the open end of the large tubing. You can remove it to flush and drain the system before winter.
INSTALLATION - Step 3 - Connect and stake a tubing
  4. Run small tubing to individual plants
Cut and place lengths of small 1/4" tubing between large tubing and plants.
  5. Connect small tubing to large tubing
Insert the 1/4" barbed coupling (C2) into the install tool (H). Press the point firmly into the large 1/2" tubing (B1). Remove the tool, and press the small 1/4" tubing (C1) onto the head of the coupling.
    INSTALLATION - Step 4
  6. Install Drippers
Insert drippers into the small 1/4" tubing as shown. Note the flow direction is away from the pointed (sharp) end. Stake each dripper near the base of your plants using the Plastic Stakes with Bug Caps (D3). You'll find the bug caps attached to the plastic stakes. Cut a short piece of 1/4" tubing and clip it between the dripper and bug cap as shown.
    INSTALLATION - Step 5 - Install Drippers

TIP When installing Drippers and 1/4" tubing to water individual plants, the dripper placement is different depending upon how far away the plants are located from the black distribution tubing.
INSTALLATION - Step 6

  1. Install Bubblers
Attach bubbler to the small 1/4" tubing with the bubbler's built-in barbed inlet. Rotate top cap to adjust spray distance and flow rate.
  2. Install Micro-Sprays
Connect the staked micro sprays using small 1/4" tubing that is pre-attached. Adjust the stakes up to clear taller plants. Note how the side knob can be turned to adjust spray distance. You can do that final adjustment after the installation is completed and the faucet is turned on.
    INSTALLATION - Step 7 - Install Micro-Sprays
