A grooved white mark located on the collar, just under the
LEFT EDGE

I purchased a R-VAN high efficiency nozzle on a hose end spike a couple of months ago at Menards and have been very pleased with it. Yesterday I had opened it up to cover approximately a 200 degree arc. Today I was adjusting the pattern down and I closed it completely. Now I can’t get it opened back up. No water is coming out. Any suggestions?
