Managing the Personal Address Book
To register a recipient to the Personal Address Book, follow the steps below:

Click on the
(Personal Address Book)
button to open the Phone Book dialog box.
Click on the
<Contact Tab>
• Name
Enter the recipient's name.
• Fax No.:
Enter the fax number.
• Call Type:
Select how the call should be dialed.
<Data Fields Tab>
Enter the Company Name, Department,
Job Title, Address, Direct Phone No. and
the Extension Phone No. of the recipient
to be used on the Cover Sheet.
