    1. APPLICATION The power tool is intended for driving and drilling through wood and plastics. It is not designed for professional use. WARNING! Read these manual and general safety instructions carefully before using the appliance, for your own safety. Your power tool should only be passed on together with these instructions.

    5. GENERAL POWER TOOL SAFETY WARNINGS General power tool safety warnings WARNING Read all safety warnings, instructions, illustrations and specifications provided with this power tool. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.

Follow the guidelines provided concerning polarity. ▪Always remove battery packet before working on the machine ▪When the battery is outside the drill, cover the contacts to avoid short circuits (e.g. from tools) ▪Do not throw batteries into water or fire, risk of explosion! ▪Protect the battery from impacts, and don't open it.

    7. OPERATION 7.1 Charging the battery The battery (5) must be charged before first use. Only after several charge and discharge cycles the battery will attain full capacity. Only use the provided adaptor (9) to charge the battery set. Only charge and use the battery when the ambient temperature is within 10°C - 40 °C. Plug the adaptor (9) to the electric mains.

    10. STORAGE Thoroughly clean the whole machine and its accessories. Store it out of the reach of children, in a stable and secure position, in a cool and dry place; avoid too high and too low temperatures. Protect it from exposure to direct sunlight. Keep it in the dark, if possible. Don’t keep it in plastic bags to avoid humidity build-up.

    13. WARRANTY WARRANTY The manufacturer guarantees the product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of the original purchase. The warranty only applies if the product is for household use. The warranty does not cover breakdowns due to normal wear and tear. The manufacturer agrees to replace parts identified as defective by the designated distributor.
