Never allow children to play with or handle the battery. Do not use the battery if the compliance indicator is broken. If so, bring your battery in for recycling. In case of battery leakage: put on gloves and place the battery in a plastic bag. Return your battery to a Decathlon store immediately.
Failure to comply with such use may result in physical injury and/or material damage to your bike, as well as restriction to the warranty conditions. The E-ACTV900 is an electrically assisted bicycle and can be used with or without assistance.
To ensure the handlebars, stem, seat, seat post and wheels are correctly attached, it’s best to use the appropriate tools and tighten each component to its specific torque value (in Nm). Please follow the bicycle assembly instructions to avoid any safety risks. If you have a problem, contact a Decathlon workshop to have your bike checked. HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY : 1. Unscrew the two small screws on the side of the stem. 2. Position your handlebar so that they are perpen- dicular to your wheel. 3. Screw the two small screws on the side of the stem. 4.
PEDAL ASSEMBLY : LEFT RIGHT The bike is equipped with a right pedal (marked R or Right) and a left pedal (marked L or Left). Tighten them firmly with the indicated tool. 10Nm 10Nm TORQUE SETTINGS : To ensure proper attachment of the handlebars, stem, saddle, seat post, and wheels, it is recommended to use appropriate tools and apply tightening force in accordance with the specific tightening torques for each of the components (in N.m).
For your safety, check the front and rear brakes before each use of your bike. They must be in perfect condition. Check all brake mounting components regularly. Disc brakes should be checked regularly. In the event of a brake fluid leak, action is required. Get in touch with a Decathlon workshop.
GENERAL OPERATION BRAKE OPERATION: The front brake is controlled by the left brake lever (or by the right brake lever in certain countries such as India, China, United Kingdom, etc.). The rear brake is controlled using the right-hand lever (or left in the countries listed above). Before using the bicycle, check which levers operate the front and rear brake. The brake lever must not come into contact with the handlebar.

ASSISTANCE LEVELS : The electrically assisted bike can be used with or without assistance by pressing the e-shifters and switching between OFF-ECO-TOUR-SPORT-TURBO modes. The selected mode will be displayed on your display screen. The selectable OFF-ECO-TOUR-SPORT-TURBO assistance modes let you choose a power assist level in addition to the effort provided.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USING THE BATTERY AND CHARGER : Battery to be handled with care. Impact sensitive. Do not expose the battery to temperatures above 40°C in use. Charge your battery in a dry place at a temperature between 10°C and 40°C. To ensure the performance of your battery, store it between 30 and 60% charge.

Attaching a trailer is possible on this bike. Always use a trailer refering to the bike trailer standard - EN 15918 for Europe. We guarantee the compatibility with trailers branded Decathlon, Hamax, Croozer and Add-One. Other brands of trailers are not excluded but remember to check compatibility before your purchase (quick-release axle compatibility + support on base).
