Select a user to process the request.
Click the list button and select from the registered user names.
Enter the "Subject" and "Comment".
Enter a title for the request in the "Subject" box. Up to 80 characters
may be entered.
Enter the details of the request process in the "Comment" box. Up to
1,024 characters may be entered.
