Charging the battery while the power is off
1 Connect the player to the PC USB terminal as described in the figure, while the power is off, using the

About the Internal Rechargeable Battery
Do not charge the battery past the specified time.
Do not charge the battery past the specified time. It may cause a fire.
When the playback time reduces dramatically, the internal rechargeable battery must be replaced.
Overcharging and complete discharging the battery may reduce its lifespan.
To use the battery for a long time, recharge the battery fully, and recharge it after complete discharge.
Repeatedly recharging the battery after short use may reduce its lifespan. If recharged after short use,
repeating full recharge and drain will restore the battery's performance.
When using the battery for a first time, or first time in several months, recharge it fully before use.
