Troubleshooting Steps
1.
Check the connection of the USB cable to the computer
2.
Make sure the USB cable is correctly connected to the
CPI-3. If the cable is connected correctly, disconnect and
reconnect the cable.
3.
Check that you are using the USB cable supplied by AB,
as other USB cables may not work
4.
Try connecting to other USB ports on the computer
5.
Unplug peripheral devices that are using other USB ports
on the computer
6.
Request a USB Hub from your AB field representative
