Before you install this kit —
instructions, warnings, cautions, and notes contained in
this installation instruction guide. Consult your vehicle
owner's manual for proper disconnection of electrical and
lifting of vehicle if required for installation of this product.
This install may require some technical skills and
knowledge of basic mechanical work. If you do not feel that
you are capable of performing this install please take this

Time to install this should only
take about two and a half hours.
Proper installation of this kit required knowledge of the factory
recommended procedures for removal and installation of original
equipment components. We recommend that the factory shop manual
and any special tools needed to service your vehicle be on hand during
the installation. Installation of this kit without proper knowledge of the
factory recommended procedures may affect the performance of these
components and the safety of the vehicle

- Page 3 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 2 | Use a 10mm socket to remove the (3) bolts in the center of the fender. STEP 3 | Remove the plastic liner by holding the fender near the lip and pulling down and out. 855-680-9595 NEED HELP?
- Page 4 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 4 | Use a trim tool to remove the two clips on the outer corner. Remove the clip holding the shock reservoir hose. STEP 5 | PASSENGER SIDE SHOWN: Drill out the hole above the core support body mount bushing with a 11/32 drill bit.
- Page 5 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 6 | Install nutsert using the provided nutsert tool and a 10mm and a 7/16 wrench. STEP 7 | Place the mounting bracket over the nutsert and secure the bracket in place with the provided M6 hardware and a #4 Allen tool.
- Page 6 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 9 | Removal of the passenger side crash bar (23+ model) is optional but recommended. Remove the three bolts on the crash bar using a 18mm socket. Loosen the two bolts on the side to allow space for cutting. There are nuts on the backside that are welded to the inside of the frame, these welds can brake and is normal.

STEP 12 | Install the rear portion of the inner fender and align it with the holes at the bottom. STEP 13 | Use a 10mm wrench to hold the nut on the backside while using...
- Page 8 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 14 | Use the provided M6 hardware to loosely secure the front and rear portions together. Loosely install the front lower (2) bolts. STEP 15 | Use the provided serrated nut to and M6 hardware to secure the top portion of the fender.
