Job Retention
Select type of job.
Disabled: The job is printed normally.
Proof then Print: Printer prints 1 copy without the panel operation. You
can then print the rest of the copies through the panel. The job is
deleted after the whole copies are printed.
Print and Hold: Printer prints all of multicopy print job, and then holds
the print job in the printer's hard disk for printing additional copies. The
job isn't deleted until it is intentionally deleted or the held job timeout
occurs.
Stored Job: Printer dose not print the job without the panel operation.
You can print desired copies through the panel. You can print addi-
tional copies through the panel later. If you stored the job with security
ID, you have to input it every time print job. Printer keeps the job until it
is deleted intentionally.
Secured Job: Printer dose not print the job without the panel opera-
tion. Printer prints the job when you input Security ID correctly. The job
is deleted after all copies are printed.
