- Page 3 STEP 1. Fasten Inner Back panel to Inner Base using five screws.
- Page 4 STEP 2. Use six screws to fasten Inner Side LH and Inner Side RH to Inner Base. Fasten two screws through newly added side panels through to Inner Back panel.
- Page 5 STEP 3. Secure panels together with ten screws, fastened from the rear.
- Page 6 STEP 4. Fix Inner Top Back panel in place with five screws through Inner Back, and two screws on either side, through side panels.
- Page 7 STEP 5. Set aside partially completed ZC box. Using four screws on each, fasten Stand Off to the inside of Outer Side LH and Outer Side RH. Once complete, set aside.
- Page 8 STEP 6. Place partially completed ZC box onto Outer Base. Then, fasten Outer Back panel to the inside with four screws. Ensure ventilation holes are at the bottom.
- Page 9 STEP 7. Slide Outer Side LH and Outer Side RH down and into Outer Base, then secure in place with four screws on each side. Ensure ventilation holes are at the bottom.
- Page 10 STEP 8. Secure outer panels together with eight screws, fastened from the rear.
- Page 11 STEP 9. Lower Outer Top Back into place and fasten with ten screws.
- Page 12 STEP 10. On the inside of the ZC Box, secure Outer Side panels to Inner Side panels with ten screws.
- Page 13 STEP 11. Place the heater into the casing before going ahead with the rest of the assembly. Fit the flue onto the heater.
- Page 14 STEP 12. Insert Inner Top Front panel above the heater, then carefully line up and insert the tabs into the corresponding slots on the Inner Top Back piece.
- Page 15 STEP 13. Secure Inner Top Front in place by fastening one screw in through each side of the enclosure.
- Page 16 STEP 14. Lower Outer Top Front into place and fasten in place on the outside with four screws. Secure to Outer Top Back on the inside of the ZC Box with four additional screws.
- Page 17 STEP 15. Insert Breast Panel and carefully guide tabs into corresponding slots on Inner Front Top panel.
- Page 18 STEP 16. Once tabs on Breast Panel are seated, pivot panel forwards and then secure in place with five screws.
- Page 19 STEP 17. Your Zero Clearance Box is now complete.
