IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
CAUTION:
- Always operate the inflator in a well-ventilated area free of combustible materials, gasoline, or
solvent vapors.
- Always set parking/emergency brake and ensure vehicle is in park (or neutral if equipped with
manual transmission).
- Do not hold in hand while operating. Parts of the inflator can become hot during use.
- Never exceed the manufacturer's recommended pressure for any inflatable object.
- DO NOT OVER-INFLATE OBJECTS. Over inflation can cause personal injury and/or property
damage.
NOTE:
- Place inflator on a hard, clean surface during operation.
- DO NOT use inflator continuously for more than 15 minutes. Allow unit to cool approximately 15
minutes between uses.
- Do not leave inflator unattended.
- While operating, never block the inflator input or output.
- ALWAYS use a pressure gauge to check tire pressure. DO NOT over-inflate.
- Soft inflatables (i.e. rafts, balls, etc.) may not have recommended pressure markings. Be careful
not to inflate items beyond their capacity.
- Do not attempt to disassemble inflator. There are no user serviceable parts inside.
- The only user serviceable part is the replaceable fuse.
- Keep inflator out of reach of children.
- This inflator is designed to inflate car tires, bike tires, ATV tires, sports balls, air mattresses, beach
toys and other inflatables.
- THIS INFLATOR IS NOT DESIGNED TO FILL AIR TANKS OR AIR SHOCKS.
12V DC POWER USE
- For use with 12V power outlets rated 15 amps or higher. Do not use with older 8 amp cigarette
lighter receptacles.
- It is recommended that you operate your inflator with your vehicle's engine running to achieve the
optimal inflator performance.
- Never start a vehicle with the inflator plugged into the 12V power outlet.
120V AC POWER USE
- Double insulated tools are equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).
This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install a polarized outlet.
Do not change the plug in any way. Double insulation eliminates the need for the three wire
grounded power cord and grounded power supply system.
- Avoid body contact with grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges and refrigerators.
There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is grounded.
- Don't expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase the
risk of electric shock.
- Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord to carry the tool or pull the plug from an outlet.
EXTENSION CORD GUIDELINES
EXTENSION CORD SELECTION
- Replace damaged extension cords immediately. Use of damaged extension cords can shock,
burn or electrocute.
