Unlock the probe's flexible tubing as shown below to wrap it around the conductor under test. NOTE: Make sure to close and lock it back into place before turning on the device under test. R5065 Flex Clamp Current Probe Keep the probe coupling more than 1" (2.5cm) away from the conductor. - Page 8 R5065 Flex Clamp Current Probe Turn on the flexible probe by setting it to the required current range. Set the rotary function switch of the meter to the DC current position. Turn on the conductor/device under test. The LCD will display the reading.
