    Safety Warning and Guidelines 1. Important information for safe use Users should have a clear main idea on how to use this instrument before operate, do read this user manual carefully. Any improper operation without reading manual is forbidden, otherwise there will be risks in cause accidental injury or electrical shock.

Operator should not open or repair the instrument without vendor’s authorization, or there might be potential damages or injuries and also will affect the warranty. All blanks are duplicate wells in a same group. Standard sample well which is used for creating standard curve, it is with green color.
