M-EQ Driver Connecting the M-EQ DRIVER 9VDC: Connect a 9VDC 2.1mm centre-negative mains power adaptor (minimum 80mA). NOTICE! Damage to device if powered incorrectly! This product is designed to be powered from a 9VDC, >80mA power supply with 2.1mm centre-negative barrel connector. - Page 8 KCS SWITCH: Selects between three mid boost frequencies - 0.8, 1.0 or 1.3 Kilocycles per second (the old name for Kilohertz). The choice of di erent frequencies allows the M-EQ DRIVER to accurately boost the desired part of a guitar’s signal, which can vary with di erent instruments. This can help to fatten up sin- gle coil pickups, add presence to darker guitars or create over-the-top, mid-rich drive tones.
