Calibration Procedure
1. Purpose & Scope
This document will demonstrate the regularly required and preventative calibration maintenance procedure.
2. Application
Calibration of the unit is always performed before shipment. Sometimes during transit or after a long period
of use, however, the calibration of the sensors might be altered. These conditions can lead to a higher rate of
false rejects.
3. Definitions & Acronyms
Refer to KCD-2000 User Manual for definitions.
4. Requirements
No tools required.
5. Procedure
1.
Ensure the machine is plugged in.
2.
Press and hold the DOWN ARROW button, then press the POWER button while still holding the DOWN
ARROW button, until the calibration screen appears.
