    The unit’s insulation should be able to resist this voltage, without generating spurious sparks or a sparkover effect, and the tester may not detect any malfunction.   • Page 30 IN 4 L+R OUT 4 2. Connect the OUTPUT 1 from the HUB1616 to the POWER AMPLIFIER and check the background noise and any possible issues with the output channel. 3. Now connect the RCA audio input to the IN 1 LEFT channel. Depending on the input level, different LEDs of the VUMETER will turn ON.
