    9. Warten Sie bitte, bis das Kesseldruck-Manometer einen Wert von ca. 1,0-1,25 bar anzeigt. 10. Eine manuelle „Kesselentlüftung“ ist nicht notwendig, da bei der MECHANIKA VI SLIM / MECHANIKA SLIM PID ein professionelles Anti-Vakuumventil eingebaut ist, das den Kessel während der Aufheizphase entlüftet.

    Bei ausgeschalteter Maschine kann mehr Heißwasser entnommen werden (siehe Kapitel 6.4 Heißwasserentnahme) Die MECHANIKA VI SLIM / MECHANIKA SLIM PID verfügt über eine Sicherung, die verhindert, dass das Gerät überfüllt. Es kann vorkommen, dass die Maschine bei der Erstinbetriebnahme oder, wenn eine große Menge Wasser über das Heißwasserventil entnommen wurde, nicht aufheizt.

    DEUTSCH 6.3 Wählen der Kesseltemperatur Das Einstellen der Kesseltemperatur Ihrer MECHANIKA VI SLIM / MECHANIKA SLIM PID können Sie vor dem Start oder bei Benutzung Ihrer Maschine vornehmen. Die jeweiligen Temperaturen wählen Sie über den 3-Positionen-Schalter rechts unterhalb der Maschine (siehe unten).

    DEUTSCH Für unterschiedliche Kaffeeröstungen oder Zusammensetzungen ist es empfehlenswert die Temperatur des Kessels anzupassen. Um eine höchstmögliche Balance des Geschmacks zu erzielen, ist es empfehlenswert die Brühtemperatur der Rösttiefe anzupassen. Je dunkler die Röstung, desto kühler sollte die Extraktionstemperatur für einen möglichst ausgeglichenen Geschmackseindruck gewählt werden.
