PROBLEM :
1. Power does not come on
when the VOL/PWR CON-
TROL is pushed ON.
2. No sound comes from the
speaker.
3. Sensitivity is low and only
strong signals are audible.
4. No or low RF output.

frequency is displayed on
the LCD READOUT.
