If You Forget a Code or Password
If you forget your security code (originally set to 000000),
SIM PIN, SIM PIN2, or call barring password, contact your
service provider.
If you forget your unlock code, try entering 1234 or the last
four digits of your phone number. If that does not work, do
the following when you see the
message:

Protecting the SIM Card
Your PIN (Personal Identication Number) code protects the
information stored on your SIM card. When the SIM PIN
feature is activated, you must enter your SIM card PIN
code each time you turn on the phone or insert a SIM card.
Your SIM card PIN code is given to you by your service
provider.
