    INTRODUCTION Congratulations to your purchase of an INTERSPIRO FINN LIGHT LONG 1400 SMART LIGHT. This light will provide years of good use and value to your diving. The version you have may also be called UW Divers Search Lamp or Divator Canister Light.
  • Page 5: Before First Use

    BEFORE FIRST USE The batteries in the Battery Canister are delivered charged to approximately 50%. To achieve the best capacity of the light it is important to charge the batteries fully before using the Light for the first time. CHARGING CHARGING WITH CABLE ADAPTOR: Connect the AC Cable (G) and the Cable Adaptor (I) to the Battery Charger (H).

    - Mode 1 = 10 % of total output (100 lumen) + indication of remaining battery level*. - Mode 2 = 50 % of total output (700 lumen). - Mode 3 = 100 % of total output (1400 lumen). - Mode 4 = Switches the light OFF. In Mode 1, the charging level of the battery is indicated.
  • Page 7 The left Zip Mount Adaptor is for mounting on the Divator BCW’s (or Rescue BC´s) left side, and the right one is for mounting on the right side. Open the velcro strap on the chosen Zip Mount Adaptor. Put the velcro strap through the third slot in the webbing as shown in picture. (You might have to use a screw driver or similar tool to do this.) Close the velcro strap.
  • Page 8 Attach the Battery Pouch (with or without the Battery Canister in it). It is recommended to mount the “other” side Zip Mount Adapter at the same time. MOUNTING ON A AGA BCD OR OTHER BC´S Place the Zip Mount Adaptors on a table as shown in picture. Place the AGA BCD with the cylinder side down.
  • Page 9 MOUNTING ON A DIVATOR PRO HARNESS Mount the Canister Battery Holder Divator Pro on either, the Left or Right side of the Divator Pro Harness. The holder can be mounted in three different positions making the height of the battery canister different.
  • Page 10 When the holder has been mounted, slide in the battery canister and guide the cable through both elastic cord loops. Now you can connect the cable to the light head MOUNTING WITH PRO ACCESSORY ZIP MOUNT If you want to have the cable from the battery terminating upwards instead. You can mount the Pro Accessory Zip mount (55190-51) in the same way as earlier described.

    Mode setting of the Light underwater, this will prevent accidentally releasing the Lamp Head. When the Light is turned ON, and attached to the Interspiro Full Face Mask, shield the Light with your hand if looking at or communicating with a fellow diver! Holding the Lamp Head in your hand when swimming (searching) underwater enhances your visibility (contrast).

    TRANSPORT To prevent the risk of fire, disconnect the Lamp Head cable from the Battery Canister cable for transport. Otherwise there is a risk to accidentally switch on the light. Pack all parts in the Soft Dry Bag for transport and storage. STORAGE Disconnect the Lamp Head cable from the Battery Canister cable.
