SOLUTION
◾
Reinsert the battery pack.
◾
Try a different battery pack.
◾
Unplug the charger, wait for LED 3 to go out, and then
reconnect the plug to the power supply.
Cool down the battery pack or warm it up. Charging will begin
when the temperature of the battery pack returns to 3°C-57°C.
