Repacking instructions for
Exchanging the MakerBot
These are instructions for packaging your MakerBot SKETCH to be sent back for an
exchange. Do not send your MakerBot SKETCH back to MakerBot unless an exchange has
been authorized. Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
will not be accepted.
Please pay careful attention to these instructions and follow them as closely as possible. If
you do not pack your MakerBot SKETCH using the original packing materials or supplied
packing materials and as described here MakerBot cannot guarantee its safety and will not
be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.
!!! Note –
Your replacement printer from UltiMaker Support will
plate, extruder, power cable, tool kit, accessory kit, or filament spools. Please hold on to
these items, and only use these instructions to ship back the printer itself
