SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING

If you follow the recommended action but the problem persists, or error
messages other than the ones below appear, please call your local
customer service. Do not attempt to repair yourself and never try to
disassemble the meter under any circumstances.

Result Readings

Glucose Test

β-Ketone test
MESSAGE
Appears when the blood glucose test result is below the lower
measurement limit, which is less than 10 mg/dL (0.55
mmol/L).
Appears when the result is higher than the limit of
measurement, which is higher than 600 mg/dL (33.3
mmol/L).
Appears when the β-Ketone test result is below the lower
measurement limit, which is less than 0.1 mmol/L.
Appears when the result is higher than the limit of
measurement, which is higher than 8.0 mmol/L.
