• When should I use Spring filters versus Ultra-Fine (corrugated) filters?
The Spring filters, which come installed in the robot, should be used for most routine cleanings, to
remove large debris such as leaves. The Ultra-Fine (corrugated) filters, which are included in the box,
should be used occasionally, to remove small debris such as dirt or sand.
• Can I leave the Robot Pool Cleaner in the water?
It is safe to leave the cleaner in the water when not in use; however, when adding chemicals to the
pool please remove the Robot Pool Cleaner until proper chlorine and PH balance are obtained.
• Can I leave the power supply outdoors?
The power supply is water-resistant but not waterproof. Please cover the power supply ahead of
bad weather. Do not leave the power supply in standing water. Do not allow the power supply to be
submerged in the pool.
• Does the Robot Pool Cleaner learn my pool?
No, the Robot Pool Cleaner performs a new mapping sequence with each cleaning cycle.
• What items are considered 'wearable parts' that are NOT covered under the warranty?
The filters, tracks, and brushes are wearable parts.
• How do I remove the Robot Pool Cleaner from the pool?
Use the floating cable to gently pull the robot to the edge of the pool. Grab the handle and remove the
robot from the water. Do not pull the robot out of the water using the cable.
Place the pool cleaner on the side of the pool to allow the water to drain.
• Why can't I access all the features on the power supply?
The power supply is a universal unit for multiple robotic cleaners. Your power supply is programmed
with specific features for your individual Robot Pool Cleaner
• Does my cleaner have Bluetooth capability?
No, This robotic pool cleaner does not have Bluetooth capability.
