Step 3 Check whether the PC where the iClient is installed is deployed after the intranet
or the firewall.

Step 4 Re-subscribe to the IVS or cameras.

If not, change the Gateway IP Address to 192.168.248.10.
If yes, go to Step 3.
If yes, contact network engineers to modify the network configuration to
ensure that the IVS1800 can access the iClient. Alternatively, connect another
PC in the same network segment as the IVS1800 to the WAN port of the
ECC800-Pro for logging in to the iClient.
If no, go to Step 4.
If at least one camera has been added, you can cancel subscription and then
re-subscribe to it.
