You can do various editing operations on the discs that have been recorded on the HDD. The following steps describe how to edit a disc.
For details about each editing menu item, refer to the descriptions on the following pages corresponding to your need.

Press HDD to select the HDD to edit.
2.
Press MENU to display the menu item selection while
this unit is in the stop mode.
3.
Select "Disc Edit" by rotating the MULTI JOG knob
(pressing +/– on the remote control).

Press the MULTI JOG knob (ENTER on the remote
control) to display the editing menu item selection.
5.
Select the desired editing menu item by rotating the
MULTI JOG knob (pressing +/– on the remote
control).
The followings are the disc editing menu items:
• Disc Rename
• Disc Erase
• Disc Combine
• Disc Divide
• Disc Pack
• Disc Title

ineffective, and the display changes to the previous one.

Disc Rename
You can move a disc and assign a new number.
1.
Select and confirm "Disc Rename" in step 5 for "DISC
EDITING".
The following message appears on the display.
The disc number to be moved flashes.

Select the disc to be moved by rotating the MULTI
JOG knob (pressing +/– on the remote control).
3.
Press the MULTI JOG knob (ENTER on the remote
control) to confirm the disc to be moved.
The display scrolls to the left to indicate the disc number to be
moved and new number.
