Troubleshooting
When the plotter does not operate after turning the power on
Symptom
• Nothing is displayed on the LCD panel.
• "Sum-Ck ROM RAM ERR!!" is displayed on
the LCD panel.
Possible Cause
There is no power supplied.
Or, the plotter is defective.
The ROM or RAM is defective.

Solution
Check that the power cord is securely connected
to the plotter's AC line inlet and the electrical
outlet.
Check that the power is supplied to the electrical
outlet.
Contact your sales representative if the problem
still exists.
