Adjusting the Volume

Use VOLUME q/w to adjust the volume.
You can also use preamplifier's volume controller.

Selecting the Input Source

VOLUME q/w

Use INPUT SELECTOR to select the input source.
The COAXIAL and OPTICAL toggle every time they
are pressed in the sequence of COAXIAL (COAX1 →
COAX2) and OPTICAL (OPT1 → OPT2)
respectively.
You can also use preamplifier's Multi jog dial to
switch input sources in sequence.
The input sources are "CD", "LINE 1", "LINE 2",
"LINE 3", "COAX1", "COAX2", "OPT1", "OPT2",
"AES/EBU", "USB"

You can select USB input only when the USB connector is
connected.
Note
• When the USB connector is not connected, you cannot select
USB even if you press USB on the remote controller. The
message "NO USB" appears.

Hiding the Digital Source Display

DIGITAL
This setting makes the preamplifier not to display the
digital sources.

Press DIGITAL repeatedly on the preamplifier.
ON (default):
Digital input sources are displayed.
OFF:
Digital input sources cannot be selected.
The digital source display setting will be automatically
switched from "OFF" to "ON", if you press the digital
input selector on the remote controller.
Note
• When digital input sources are selected, pressing DIGITAL has
no effect.
