FLW-3000 Window Display Installation
Quick Guide
Installation
Prior to lifting the display, install
appropriate mounting hardware to the
ceiling beams/joists.
1. Use a utility knife to carefully cut
away all of the packaging material
from the display. Take care not to
damage the face of the display or
the LEDs.
2. Lift the display to the desired ceiling
height.
3. Use appropriate hardware to secure
the sign to the ceiling mounts.
Power
Each display features a 120 VAC power
cord with a three-prong plug. Install a
grounded receptacle in the ceiling near
where the display will be installed so that
the power cord can easily reach it.
Access Internal Components
Turn the two spring latches counter-clockwise with a flathead screwdriver to access internal display
components. Refer to Figure 1.
LED Driver
The LED driver switches digits on and off within the display. Refer to the electrical and signal
specifications drawings to determine the location of the driver.
When troubleshooting driver problems, LEDs shown in Figure 2 provide diagnostic information.
Note: While it is necessary to have the display powered on to check the LED status indicators, always
disconnect power before servicing.

Summary
DS1 blinks when the driver receives radio signal and off when there is no
signal.
DS2 blinks at one second intervals to indicate the driver is running.
DS5 blinks when the driver receives current loop signal and off when there is
no signal.
DS8 is on and steady to indicate driver has power.
