Page 2 An IXW-MA-SOFT or IXW-MAA-SOFT is a variant of an IXW-MA or IXW-MAA IP relay adaptor that contains licenses for Aiphone's PC master station software. It is programmed in the system was an IXW-MA(A) station and still offers the same relay output functions.

For each IX-DA or IX-BA door station, make sure that SIF Functionality is set to Enable, then click Update Minimize IX Support Tool. Open a simple text editor like Notepad. This will be used to enter the information that the door station will use to communicate with the IXW-MA(A)-SOFT.

Page 7 Relay Output Settings The door stations will now send SIF signals to the IXW-MA(A)-SOFT when their relay output is triggered. To configure the outputs on the IXW-MA(A)-SOFT itself, navigate to Option Input / Relay Output Settings, Relay Output. Each of the ten outputs on the IXW-MA(A)-SOFT can be assigned to a single station. By default, IX Support Tool will select Relay Output 1.
