1 GX2 (ALL VARIANTS)
1.1 STORAGE
Depressurize the system of every effect device after every show and again before moving them

into storage, to avoid wearing out sealing- and moving parts!
Clean the effect devices with rubbing alcohol to get rid of unburned fuel and dirt or grime!

Use a toothbrush or scour pads to clean the electrodes!

Charge batteries before moving the devices into storage and then charge at least once every 2

months!
Remove aerosol cans and open the aerosol-adapters valves to avoid storing under pressure,

aerosol-adapters can be left on the device!
Store at room temperature. Avoid large temperature changes. Do not store close to heating

devices! Store at temperatures between 10°C-35°C!
1.2 BEFORE EVERY SHOW
Check safety distances and adjust accordingly!

Prepare a CO2 Extinguisher just in case!

Check the batteries, charge if necessary!

Check the devices and hoses for leakage!


Check the devices by firing them with the chosen controller for the upcoming show!

1.2.1 FOR DMX:
Avoid DMX cables and Power cables running alongside each other.

Always use DMX terminators on the last device in a DMX chain.

1.2.2 FOR RC:
Check connection of transmitter and receivers on location!

Check if the show has been transmitted to all receivers!

1.3 AFTER THE SHOW
Empty out the remaining gas/liquid of the tube-systems after shutting off the source, fire until

no flame is emitted anymore!
For the GX2 liquid, remove the quick connector and let the liquid flow out of the system into a

container!
Check devices for damages and mark faulty ones with tape and a description of the issue!

Disconnect the controller and gas/liquid source and shut off the devices!

Clean the devices when they are dirty!

Do all the tests with enough lead-time before the next show!
