Warranty
Novis Healthcare Pty Ltd warrants the body (foam)
of this product for a period of 6 years, and the cover
for a period of 2 years.

Box Contents and Inspection
Carefully open box, avoid using a sharp blade which may damage the contents.
Remove all components from the box – do not remove foam from the vacuum
packaging at this stage.
Remove the top cover from the plastic wrapping, taking care not to cut or
damage the material. Inspect the cover to ensure the zipper is fully
functional.
Product must be removed from vacuum packaging prior to the
'Reconstitute By' date printed on the carton.
Failure to do so will void the product warranty.
Ensure that the work area is clean and free of any potential hazards.
Place a clean sheet over the work area if unable to clean.
Please dispose of all packaging in a responsible manner
Therapeutic devices should only be used in accordance with
manufacturers instructions and under the consent, supervision and
management of a suitably qualified health professional.
