    SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Before installation, please read the user manual carefully. It is very important that the manual is kept with the appliance for future reference in case of any questions. If you transfer or sell this appliance to another person, make sure that the instruction manual is also transferred with it.
  • Page 5 Unpacking Before using the appliance, remove all packaging material, including advertising labels and protective film, if there is one. After unpacking the appliance, make sure that it was not damaged, as well as that the power cable is in good condition. Otherwise, contact the store where you have purchased the hob before putting it into operation.

    INSTALLATION OF THE HOB The operations described below must be carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with current regulations and rules. Before performing any work on the appliance, it must be disconnected from the power supply network. If power is required to perform a particular operation, make sure that all necessary precautions are taken.

CONNECTION TO THE ELECTRICAL NETWORK For the operation of this gas hob model, it is necessary to provide power from a single-phase electrical network with a voltage of 220 ~ 230 V.

  • Page 9 ADJUSTMENT OF THE MINIMUM FLAME To adjust the minimum level, do the following: 1. Light the flame in the burner following the instructions above. 2. Set the valve to the position of minimum flame. 3. Pull out the knobs. 4. Adjust the bypass valve (bypass screw) shown in the figure with a slotted screwdriver.
  • Page 10 INSTALLATION This gas hob is designed to be built into furniture that is resistant to high temperatures. The walls of the furniture must withstand a temperature of at least 75°C plus the ambient temperature in accordance with European standards. It is necessary to avoid installing the appliance near flammable materials such as curtains, etc.
  • Page 11 If the hob is installed with the oven, precautions should be taken and safety regulations must be observed. Special attention should be paid to ensure that the power cable and gas pipe do not come into contact with hot parts of the oven body.
  • Page 12 ROOM FOR INSTALLATION This appliance is not connected to equipment for removing combustion products. In the room where the hob is installed, a system for removing combustion products must be provided. It can be either a cooker hood or a fan on a window or vent that turns on when the appliance is in use.

    USE OF GAS HOB On the front part of the panel there are handles for controlling gas burners (knobs). The symbols shown next to the knobs indicate their compatibility with certain burners. Max. Be careful when cooking with oil or fat, because if they are overheated, ignition is possible. Therefore, it is not recommended to cook food for a long time using kitchen stones, in ceramic cookware or on cast iron plates.

    CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Before starting maintenance and cleaning work, disconnect the appliance from the power supply. Do not use steam cleaners to clean the hob. Enameled parts It is recommended to wash the enameled parts with a warm soapy solution or a mild detergent.
