In accordance with safety regulation EN 60335-02-30:2010
• WARNING: To avoid overheating, do not cover the heating appliance.
• WARNING: Do not install the radiator immediately underneath a power socket.
• This radiator has been fi lled with a precise quantity of special oil. If leaks appear, contact the
S&P After Sales Service.
• If the appliance is scrapped, the oil it contains must be disposed of in accordance with the appli-
cable regulations.
• The heater must be installed so that the switches and other controls cannot be touched by a
person who is in the bathtub or in the shower.
• NOTE: Adhere to the safety distance as determined by the Spanish Electrotechnical Regulation
for low voltages.
2. ADDITIONAL SAFETY WARNINGS FROM THE MANUFACTURER
• This appliance has been designed as a FIXED thermal heater and must only be used for this
purpose.
• The heater can be hung directly on the wall with the standard wall mounts provided (see section
3) or fi xed on the fl oor with the fl oor KIT mounts that are supplied separately as an additional
accessory (see section 4).
• Never install the radiator directly on the ground.
• Make sure that the wall where the heater is going to be fi xed will withstand its weight.
• Before connecting the device, make sure that the power supply matches the specifi cations de-
tailed on the appliance's data plate: 230V ~ 50Hz.
• Once you have fi xed the heater, it must be perfectly level, both vertically and horizontally.
• Adhere to the minimum installation distances indicated in Figure 1.
• The appliance must not be placed in an enclosed space (underneath a table, desk, counter, etc.)
where the free circulation of air, both in and out of it, is interfered with.
• While the heater is working, the power cable must be fully unwound and must not be in contact
with the hot area of the device.
• Do not use the heater to dry clothes directly over the heater.
• Do not handle the device with wet hands.
• Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance operation, make sure the device is unplugged
from the mains.

3. WALL INSTALLATION

As far as possible, you should install this appliance under a window, but never in a draughty area. Always adhere to the
safety distances for correct installation (Fig. 1).
• Approach the heater to be installed resting it on the fl oor, then rest the two wall mounts on top of the heater (Fig. 2).
Depending on the EMI-TECH model that is being installed, the X distance between mounts (Fig. 2) will vary according to
the following table:
