any individuals who have a tendency to place inedible objects in their mouths.

emergency medical assistance.
Motor Vehicle Transportation Warnings:
- Whenever possible, transfer out of the wheelchair installed with AGILITY and into a
manufacturer-installed vehicle seat, and use the vehicle's crash-tested occupant restraint
system.
- To determine whether motor vehicle third-party testing has been performed with a specific
AGILITY-hardware and other accessory combination, refer to the operation manual provided
with AGILITY, attachment hardware, and other accessory, or contact the equipment
manufacturer.
Cautions:
- Protect the AGILITY from blunt force shocks that may cause damage and/or breakage.
- The components of an AGILITY UniTrack Rail are not intended to be used separately or in
conjunction with non-compatible wheelchair back supports or accessories.
Parts Detail
Package Contents (Specifications): AGILITY UniTrack Rail (aluminum, polycarbonate-ABS
alloy); two button-head screws (M6 x 14mm); two stainless steel washers (M6); instructions
Expected life: 60 months

Attachment
For attachment, refer to the images on page 45 in this manual.
1. Remove the AGILITY Cover from the back shell.
2. Place the two washers on the two screws. Insert the screws
through the openings in the back shell and the AGILITY
UniTrack Rail.
3. Make sure the AGILITY UniTrack Rail is level. Use a leveling
tool if needed.
4. Use a 4mm allen wrench to securely tighten the screws.
Note: If a torque wrench is available, tighten the screws to 60±2 inch- pounds (7±.25
Newton-meters).
5. Install the AGILITY Cover on the back shell. Attach the head support.
Removal
1. Remove any attached head support. Remove the AGILITY Cover from the back shell.
2. Use a 4mm allen wrench to loosen and remove the two screws and washers.
Remove the AGILITY UniTrack Rail.
