１．Status ZX is an adsorbing and transferring device for electronic components and small-size precision parts. It consits of a valve unit that switches between supply and release of compressed air, a vacuum pressure switch to check the adsorption of the workpiece, a filter that collects dust, and an ejector that generates vacuum. - Page 7 ９． Operation method As ZX100-K35LZ-F has an N.O. type supply valve, vacuum is generated when it is not energized and the vacuum is stopped when it is energized. To perform vacuumrelease, the release valve is energized with the supply directional control valve unenergized.
