Place the "Seat" upside down on a level surface. Locate the "1" on the bottom of
the "Seat". Place "Leg Assembly 1", with the "1" sticker, across the "Seat" so that
the "1" on the "Leg Assembly" is across the "1" on the "Seat". Line up the holes on
"Leg Assembly" with the holes of the "Seat". Place a "Contoured Washer" over the
2 end holes of "Leg Assembly 1" and screw in 2 "Short Screws" through assembly
and "Seat".

Insert the "Backrest" into the slot located at the
back of the "Seat". Ensure that the "Backrest" is
completely pushed down and securely locked into
position.
Remove all parts from box. Ensure all parts are included before assembling.

PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER

Fit the "Red Safety Handle" in
either side of the "Seat" into
the slot holes. Under the "Seat",
screw in and fully tighten both
"White Plastic Screws" into the
"Red Safety Handle.

Place "Leg Assembly 2" across "Leg Assembly 1" so that they are perpendicular.
Ensure the "2" sticker on "Leg Assembly 2" is across the "2" on the "Seat". Place
a "Contoured Washer" over the 2 end holes of "Leg Assembly 2" and screw in
2 "Short Screws" through "Leg Assembly 2" and "Seat". Place a "Contoured
Washer" over the center hole of "Leg Assembly 2" followed by the "Ratchet
Washer" and screw in the "Long Screw". Ensure all 5 screws are tightened.

Brass button
Depress the push buttons on the
legs and use the numbered holes to
adjust the seat to a desired height.
Ensure that each leg is set to the
same height, stable, and all push
buttons click and lock into position.

HOW TO USE
Place the bath bench in the shower or bath tub.
Ensure that the bench is stable, not wobbly. Use
the "Red Safety Handle" to assist in sitting down
or getting up from the bench. The two round
slots in the front corners of the seat can be used
to place a hand held shower set if needed. *Hand
Held Shower Set not included*
